Reports have that Bollywood actress and Celebrity Big Brother winner Shilpa Shetty had first agreed to do a British film, but later opted out from the film.

The film titled 'Quick, Slip Me A Bride' is a comedy flick. The producer of the film Renu Patel said that she opted her out because Shilpa demanded high price for the role.

"Shilpa agreed to film with us. Now we have been forced to go ahead without her because she wanted 350,000 pounds and insisted half of this had to be paid before she even shot any scene," said Renu Patel.

Reports also have that Shilpa asked them to postpone the shooting for next year, which the producer didn't agree.

On the other hand, Shilpa's spokesperson Dale Bhagwagar admitted that she did quote her price. "Shilpa asks for what she deserves and she even gets what she deserves. Having said that, money is not always the criteria why an assignment doesn't work out. There could be a difference of opinion about the role or a problem with dates."

Meanwhile, Shilpa recently is filming a two-hour yoga DVD.

Her spokesperson Bhagwagar said, "Shilpa practices yoga every day and she believes it should be a way of life for everyone."

The DVD is being filmed under Shetty's production house in Kerala. Shilpa plans to launch it overseas. It will initially be sold in Britain and Dubai.
